Is it worth buying in Holtsville?

Hey folks, With a population of 19,250, Holtsville is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The traffic is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
