So, Been living here since 2020. You can expect to pay around $2,192 for rent here. Household incomes average around $130,851 in Holtsville. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What are your go-to spots? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to San Francisco it's average.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
