Honest thoughts on life in Homeland

My partner and I are Homes are going for about $189,600 on average. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,640 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 6,060 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
