The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

- Good schools
- Low taxes
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Limited public transit

I've lived in Old Town for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Active local events and festivals
- The safety scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. Hope this helps!.

Came here for family and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The nightlife is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
