Best neighborhoods to rent in Homestead?

I'm originally from Denver and It's a a smaller city city with about 80,725 people. Homes are going for about $346,500 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The food scene is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.
