I'm originally from Denver and It's a a smaller city city with about 80,725 people. Homes are going for about $346,500 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
