Hey, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,619/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $346,500 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Homestead? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
