Just moved to Homestead from Denver — first impressions
We made the move 5 ago and here are my first impressions:
The downtown area has been revitalized. Rent runs about $1,619/month for a typical apartment. The weather is great — warm most of the year with an average of 77F.
Biggest surprise: How friendly the neighbors are
Biggest disappointment: Some areas feel neglected
Overall, I really enjoy living here.
