Hi all, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $346,500 on average. With a population of 80,725, Homestead is a smaller city. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? Thanks in advance!
