I'm a 39-year-old marketing manager and Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. It's a a smaller city city with about 80,725 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. What are your go-to spots? Thanks in advance!
