Ruby Price housing Mar 1, 2026

Hi all, Been living here since 2007. With a population of 19,471, Homewood is a small town. The median home value here is around $210,500, which is actually reasonable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
