First post here. Been living here since 2015. Median household income is $48,489, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $146,600 on average. With a population of 15,465, Homosassa Springs is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
