Studio apartments in Hooksett -options?

I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $298,900, which seems about average. Median household income is $91,005, which feels pretty solid for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? TIA! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Bought a house here in 2023 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value pet-friendliness, you'll love it. The school system is genuinely decent and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. My neighborhood (Westside) is reasonable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Austin, be prepared for the culture shock. traffic is completely different here. And Nightlife is limited.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
