Best and worst neighborhoods in Hoover

Hey, My partner and I are With a population of 92,401, Hoover is a smaller city. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA! The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Eastside area are decent. Kids love it here.
