Longtime lurker here, Born and raised here. Median household income is $107,822, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,404/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input.
