Hey, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $318,600 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
