Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and Rent is about $1,097/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 13.6%, which is around average. Household incomes average around $60,671 in Hope Mills. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
