Cheapest neighborhoods in Hope Valley?

I'm a teacher here and It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much wild but now it's improving.
