How is Hopewell for outdoor activities?

Hey folks, I've been here for 9 years and Median household income is $85,461, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any help is appreciated. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Hot take but it's been a really good experience overall. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.
