Top 5 things I love about Hopkins

Hello, Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $71,170 in Hopkins. Homes are going for about $350,100 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Hopkins sits at 176.1 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'm a lawyer and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is solid and there's always something going on.
