Hopkinsville housing prices -when will it stop?

I've been here for 5 years and Rent is about $869/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.
