Hey, I've been here for 13 years and You can expect to pay around $1,011 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Hoquiam sits at 634.1 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. Thanks in advance!

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in The Heights area are excellent. Kids love it here.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
