Hey, I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 11.9%, which is around average. The weather takes some getting used to. Any help is appreciated. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
