First post here. The unemployment rate is 6.8%, which is concerning. You can expect to pay around $1,239 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
