Honest thoughts on life in Horizon West

Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $123,586 in Horizon West. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 62,152, Horizon West is a smaller city. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Definitely worth checking out..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
