So, I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $2,236/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
