Healthcare options in Hormigueros zona urbana?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a small town city with about 11,166 people. The unemployment rate is 6.1%, which is concerning. Poverty rate is 37.2%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $112,200 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a sales manager, 40, moved here 10 years ago from Austin. I've lived in Greenfield and Midtown, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**

1. Friendly community, easy to meet people

2. Good internet infrastructure

3. Active local events and festivals

4. The people are generally surprisingly good - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**

1. Winters are long and cold

2. Dating scene is rough

3. The safety situation is developing and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**

- Greenfield: Great for couples. solid vibes, walkable.

- Midtown: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**

- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**

Coming from Austin, everything felt pretty good. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are pricey. Gas is reasonable. You can live comfortably on $60K-$70K here.
