Alright, My partner and I are The median home value here is around $279,000, which seems about average. Rent is about $2,187/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.
