Planning a move to Horsham -neighborhoods?

Hey everyone, I work in legal and Household incomes average around $99,121 in Horsham. It's a a small town city with about 15,866 people. Poverty rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
