Is it worth buying in Hot Springs?

Alright, Just moved here 11 months ago and The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $46,441, which feels on the lower side for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. I've lived in North for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Lots of new development happening
- The safety scene is improving

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. Definitely worth checking out..
