Alright, need some real talk here.

I don't understand why more people don't talk about Montrose.

The weather averaging 72F year-round is {weather_feel}. I'm paying /mo for a 2-bed in Montrose and honestly is pretty standard.

The weather took some getting used to but I actually love it now. The parks system here is underrated.
