OK so I'm originally from St. Louis and The median home value here is around $240,700, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 10,074 people. Rent is about $1,121/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
