Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2005. Median household income is $57,122, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,121 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 10,074 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up.
