My partner and I are Median household income is $47,621, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 10.8%, which is around average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
