Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Phoenix and It's a a small town city with about 7,600 people. Homes are going for about $123,600 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
