Hey everyone, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $399,100 on average. Median household income is $98,750, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
