First post here. I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $76,551, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,214 for rent here. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
