Cheapest neighborhoods in Hudsonville?

Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $260,500 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great farm-to-table places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
