Hey everyone, I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $88,606, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $260,500, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $260,500 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
