Cheapest neighborhoods in Hugo?

Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $394,200 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in Old Town for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Strong job market in several industries
- The dating scene scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
