First post here. I work in logistics and Rent is about $634/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 24.5%, which is higher than I expected. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned?

Hi all, Been living here since 2005. Homes are going for about $96,100 on average. With a population of 5,184, Hugo is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
