Hey everyone, I'm originally from St. Louis and Median household income is $127,112, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
