Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 4 months ago and You can expect to pay around $459 for rent here. Homes are going for about $113,400 on average. Poverty rate is 37.0%, which is higher than I expected. With a population of 15,893, Humacao zona urbana is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much stable but now it's excellent.
