Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $191,200 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Is this normal for Humble? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
