Should I move to Humble or stay in Raleigh?

OK so I've been here for 20 years and The median home value here is around $191,200, which is actually reasonable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Humble? Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Bought a house here in 2019 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great seafood places. the quality of life is solid.
