Been meaning to ask this. I work in consulting and Homes are going for about $191,200 on average. The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. Thanks! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
