Just moved to Humboldt Hill, any tips?

Hi all, I'm a 29-year-old data analyst and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What are your go-to spots?

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
