Co-working spaces in Hunters Creek?

Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and With a population of 21,255, Hunters Creek is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Hunters Creek sits at 667.9 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in South. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in real estate. If you're in consulting you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Korean.

Happy to answer more specific questions..

Bought a house here in 2021 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone about the same since then.
