Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $99,942, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 21,255, Hunters Creek is a small town. Homes are going for about $426,000 on average. Rent is about $2,006/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
