First post here. It's a a small town city with about 21,255 people. Homes are going for about $426,000 on average. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
