Best apartments in Huntersville under ?

Hey, I'm a 46-year-old pharmacist and Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I'm a physical therapist and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.
